I’m Molly.
What I offer is space to slow down, to breathe fully, and to feel a bit lighter.
My work weaves together slow yoga, reiki, and reflective practices. It’s gentle, grounded, and rooted in the belief that rest matters, bodies matter, and that your practice will unfold in its own time.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over a decade, and along the way I’ve watched my practice shift countless times. I love studying yoga philosophy, and seeing how the teachings play out in my life.
My yoga classes are slow vinyasa flows, led by the breath and shaped by what’s actually happening in the body. Reiki sessions are hands-on, soothing, and deeply calming.
I also offer tarot as a space for reflection. I’m still learning, and I’d love to explore alongside you. These sessions aren’t about answers or predictions, but about creating room to notice what’s coming up, often I’ll offer tarot alongside meditation and reiki.
At the heart of my work is an invitation to slow down and rest, to be curious, and to make space for deeper connection.

“I felt profoundly relaxed and at peace after my session with Molly. She was caring, curious and gentle; checking in with me and asking questions to guide our session and make sure I was comfortable. For days after I felt balanced and really in step with my body and emotions, Pure bliss.”

“My first Reiki session with Molly was enlightening and uplifting. I was struggling with intense anxiety, especially felt in my stomach. Molly created a calming space, making me feel at ease. The most incredible moment came when she placed her hands over my stomach - the anxiety lifted almost instantly, it felt like a true gift.”
