WyrdYoga is a culmination of over ten years of practice, learning and sharing. Wyrd is rooted firmly in the belief that yoga is a practice of connection, borne of ancient traditions and guided by the wisdom of nature.
I’m Molly and I’m here to honour the unfolding of your journey, helping you to weave practices into your life that bring you back to your path.
My journey began in my teens and has taken me all over the world, including India, where I initially trained as an Ashtanga teacher back in 2016. Since then my practice has evolved and reshaped itself countless times. Sometimes flowing with ease, other times feeling tender, sticky or full of challenge.
I know how tricky it can be to find the space to turn inward and sit with what might be ready to change or unfold. Yoga has taught me again and again that this is where the real growth lives: in the pause, the breath, and the gentle willingness to be present with it all.
I hope I can support you to be more present, feel more ease, and trust the unfolding of your own path more deeply. I’d like to help you feel connected - to the world around you, to the people you love, and to the quiet place inside you that already knows.

“I felt profoundly relaxed and at peace after my session with Molly. She was caring, curious and gentle; checking in with me and asking questions to guide our session and make sure I was comfortable. For days after I felt balanced and really in step with my body and emotions, Pure bliss.”
— Jess, East London

“My first Reiki session with Molly was enlightening and uplifting. I was struggling with intense anxiety, especially felt in my stomach. Molly created a calming space, making me feel at ease. The most incredible moment came when she placed her hands over my stomach - the anxiety lifted almost instantly, it felt like a true gift.”
